Empowering Through Mentorship and Scholarships:

The cornerstone of the Women of Tomorrow initiative is its Mentor & Scholarship Program, meticulously designed to inspire, motivate, and empower at-risk young women. The program achieves this through a unique mentoring system that pairs these young women with accomplished professionals. Currently, Women of Tomorrow mentors approximately 3,700 at-risk girls in 193 public high schools across South Florida, Metropolitan Detroit, and Greater Philadelphia, fostering personal and academic growth.
